General Tent City Layout Parameters

Outside perimeter fencing should be 45 feet away from all lots and tents.
All streets are 30 feet wide (with the exception of the streets located along the perimeter fencing).
All avenues are 40 feet wide (with the exception of the avenues located along the perimeter fencing).
Keep all tents a minimum of 5 feet (10 feet recommended) away from all streets and avenues to insure that tent stakes are not located within the streets or avenues.
10 feet is needed between tents for staking
Admission gates are 20 feet wide and should be centered down each avenue and street.
Allow for a 10 to 20 foot temporary gate next to admission tents to allow exhibitors driving access prior to show opening each day (note that the admission tents are too short for some vehicles to drive under).
Allow 30 feet of space on the end of each food tent for cooking and generator placement. Coordinate with the electrician and food committee to identify which end of the food tent they would like the generators to be located on.
Recommend leaving a 60 to 80 foot wide access lane around the outside of the perimeter fence to provide trams easy loading/offloading as well as turning.

Work with parking to identify the parking areas and layout.
Layout between 6th streets will vary depending on the tents requested from the various committees.
Lot dimensions are 25’ x 50’, 50’ x 50’, 25’ x 70’, and 50’ x 70’
