The information given will be treated in confidence by the officers involved in the appointment. You should use the Job Description and Person Specification as a guide to the information required.
General education: Please give details of GCSEs, GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ Levels / CSE standard or equivalent.

Please state their position within the organisation or relationship to you. Where possible, please include an email address and contact telephone number for both referees.

This will be obtained from the Disclosure and Barring Service and the Charity will abide by the DBS Code of Conduct, a copy of which is obtainable from the Chief Executive Officer. Disclosures will be obtained at the enhanced level and will include checks against the register for the protection of vulnerable adults (POVA) where the post is eligible for such checks. The existence of a criminal record will not necessarily result in the withdrawal of a job offer and will be discussed with the candidate before a decision is made. All disclosure documentation will be destroyed once the recruitment process has been completed.
Probationary Period: All posts are subject to a 26 week probationary period.
