Summary

We translated the original Family Satisfaction in ICU survey, and developed an abbreviated version of the survey for patients. Internal consistency of both translated and developed surveys was assessed by calculating Cronbach’s alpha, thereby evaluating the extent to which the different items of a specific subscale or total scale measure the same concept. Results are presented in Supplemental Table IIIa (FS-ICU) and IIIb (PS-ICU).
