BLHS 2015-16 FALL ATHLETIC CLEARANCE INFORMATION
Sumner School District has made a move to online athletic clearances. This new online process will provide a convenient way for families to clear athletes almost entirely online! Clearances will run through our partner company called FamilyID. FamilyID is a secure registration platform that provides our families with a user-friendly way to register and clear athletes for our BLHS sports programs. The following is the link to the FamilyID website:
ONLINE CLEARANCE must be done before August 18th.
When registering through FamilyID, the system will track all clearance information for each athlete. There are 10 steps to complete:
Go to: https://www.familyid.com/organizations/bonney-lake-high-school
1. Scroll down the page and click on “Fall 2015-2016 Athletic Registration
2. Scroll down and click on “Register Now”
3. Click on “Log In” at the bottom of page. (if you are new, then click “Sign Up”)
4. Enter your log in information
5. Click on “Volleyball” and scroll down and complete the remainder of the page
6. Complete and fill in all forms on FamilyID
7. Click on “save and continue”
8. Review the amount says $80 for Volleyball
9. Click “Submit” on bottom right hand side
10. Now you are ready to pay:
NO PAYMENTS are made through FamilyID.
Payments will be received in the Bonney Lake High School office or online, AGAIN NOT THROUGH FamilyID.
a) Checks made out to “BLHS” or “Bonney Lake High School” and given to the Book Keeper
b) Debit or Credit Cards are accepted at BLHS (online) : https://payments.sumnersd.org/
Last steps. In order to get your pre-clearance ticket for volleyball, student needs to be present during the 8/17-8/21 at Bonney Lake HS. You need to:
1. If paying by check, purchase SY 15-16 ASB Card ($40) with the Bookkeeper
2. If paying check for volleyball athletic participation fee with the Bookkeeper
3. Clear all school fines with the Bookkeeper
4. If unable to load online the Physical Form, (good for two years from date of physical) submit to Mr. Ferguson in the Main Office.
5. Get an Athletic Clearance Ticket from Mr. Ferguson in the Main Office
Coaches will be notified of all cleared athletes prior to the first practice. ATHLETES MUST BE CLEARED PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN ANY PRACTICE OR COMPETITION.
