FEDERAL and STATE PROGRAM INFORMATION
DPI has received requests for additional information relating to certain Federal and State programs. The following web pages should provide additional information relating to certain federal and state programs. This information will also assist auditors in reconciling DPI aid amounts to district records.

Per Pupil Adjustment Aid - Look under the 2012-13 information and there should be an excel spreadsheet for the amount by district.
GENERAL AID PAYMENT JOURNAL ENTRIES (REMINDER)
DPI has posted information for the June 17th and July 22nd general aid payments. There will be two excel spreadsheets that will provide districtstaff and the auditors with the journal entries to record the June 17th and the July 22nd payments. The journal entries will include the amounts for open enrollment tuition revenue and expenditures. The web page with the excel documents is located at
FY 2012-13 EDUCATOR LICENSE INFORMATION
The 2012-13 eduator license information will be available today. This information can be found on the School Financial Services Portal at Auditors will have to select the desired district and Financial Data Home to obtain the educator license information.
TAX EXEMPT COMPUTER AID
DPI has received the tax exempt computer information from the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. The amounts per district are included in the "On Record at DPI" listing in the School Financial Services Portal or at . This amount must be recorded as a receivable (Due from State--715500) with a corresponding revenue (Source 691) in Fund 10 in the fiscal year ended June 30, 2013.

The March, 2013 OMB Compliance Supplement is now available at
