1.1 / Welcome and Introduction
Trish welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Mike Brown advised that he would no longer be attending CHRF meetings after today due to health reasons. Everyone thanked Mike for his contributions at CHRF and wished him well for the future.
Trish advised that the whole meeting would be taken up with consideration of the tenant bids for 2015/16.
It was confirmed that, for the first year, the value of the bids would be likely to exceed the overall budget (£40,000 for CHRF), and so some difficult decisions would have to be made.
The voting arrangements were explained. Tenants could not vote for their own bids.

The following presentations were made and a secret vote took place at the end of each presentation:
1) Knightthorpe Road – rear terrace (phase 2)
2) Shelthorpe Community Gardens – new pathway and lockable gate
3) Thorpe Acre – benches
4) Thorpe Acre – signs for The Green
5) Offranville Close – bin storage and gate
6) The Mills, Quorn – water butts, slabbing area for seating and sheds
7) The Mills, Quorn – bike storage area
8) Pinfold Gradens – bollards
9) King Edward Road – benches and lighting
10) Staveley Court – bin storage area
11) Staveley Court – bike storage area
12) Papermill Close – drying area and bin area
13) Dormer Court – fencing
14) Pevensey Road – bin storage area
15) Rockingham Road – landscaping/raised beds
16) Burns Road – lighting
17) Cordell Road – fencing
18) The Hut, Ashby Road – Paved surface (phase 2)
The meeting adjourned while the votes were counted and ratified by the Chair and Vice Chair in the presence of IP and HM.
