Deal Tri Junior and Adult Duathlon Entry Form
Date –Sunday 18th September 2016
Venue – Betteshanger Sustainable Parks (formerly Fowlmead Country Park), off the A258 Sandwich Road, Sholden Nr Deal, Kent. CT14 0EN (Please note, there is a £2 car parking charge payable on entry to the park)
There will be six races, covering six different age categories. Approximate course details and race start times are listed below:

11:30am / Tristar1 (9-10 year olds) / 1000m / 4.0km / 500m
12:15pm / Tristar2 (11-12 year olds) / 1200m / 6.0km / 600m
1:00pm / Tristar3 (13-14 year olds) / 1600m / 8.0km / 800m
2:15pm / Youth (15-16 year olds) / 2000m / 9.6km / 1000m
3:15pm / Adult (17+) / 3000m / 16.0km / 1500m
PLEASE NOTE: Your age group category is determined by your age on 31st December 2016 not by your age on the date of the race. Entries will be strictly limited to 40 per age group.
- Safe, traffic-free bike courses and pleasant off-road run courses will be used for this event. All competitors will receive a finisher’s medal and a goody bag, with the top three male and female finishers in each race receiving a prize.
