State Water Board - Measurement Regulation

OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW REVIEW

On January 19, 2016, the State Water Board approved a Resolution to adopt an Emergency Regulation for Measuring and Reporting Water Diversions.

On February ??, 2016, the State Water Board submitted the proposed regulation to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL). The Office of Administrative Law, which will review and approve or deny the regulation.

Public comments on the proposed regulation must be submitted to OAL by March ??, 2016. The OAL decision deadline is on or about March ??, 2016.
