KEYSTONE TO READING ELEMENTARY BOOK AWARD PARTICIPATION FORM

2017-2018

The purpose of the Keystone to Reading Book Award is to encourage reading a variety of quality trade books by elementary children in preschool (Pre K-K), primary (K-3), and intermediate (3-6) grades.

  1. Teachers are encouraged to apply to participate by December 1, 2017.
  2. Children must read (or have read to them) at least four (4) books at the preschool level, four (4) books at the primary level, or four (4) books at the intermediate level.
  3. Annotated book lists and voting procedures will be available on the KSRA website ( Total vote sheets must be returned by March 15, 2018.
  4. Applications and completed voting sheets should be sent to the KSRA Keystone to ReadingElementary Book Award Committee Co-chair: Glendia Kennedy, 107 W. Glamorgan Court, Exton, PA 19341
