Happy Feb. everyone!

Well what an exciting meeting we had. Patty’s house was full of girls!! It was awesome to see so many there!

So first and for most a couple THANK YOU’s go out. One to our VP Jessie Cunningham for getting our Facebook page up and running again. And second to Patty Hart for opening up her lovely home for our meeting.

We discussed and discussed the GBRA showbill with it ending up like this. Friday night will be IBRA classes,

Saturday will be NBHA & IBRA classes and Sunday will be just NBHA. We have dropped the men’s class, the Pee Wee auction, and the jacket presentation. Warm ups will be run for no more than 3 hours. The dates will be Aug. 30,31 & Sept. 1. Location at C Bar C in Cloverdale.

Jolene is going to bring a catalog to the March meeting so we can start looking at jackets for this year.

Angie still is in need of workers for the Hoosier Horse Fair. She has opening for Saturday. Call her! Her number is listed at the top of the page. Remember for every shift you work, you get a $50 club credit, good towards jacket or match team $ requirements.

Sponsorship deadline is June 29th. All ads go to Gina Bennett.

Gina needs pictures of all saddle/buckle, Rookie, All round, Sportsmanship, and Pee Wee winners. Plus a Match picture. Please get her those pictures; they go into the sponsor book.

Our marketing coordinators Tena Ziegler and Rhonda Haydel are thinking of raffling a Kindle Fire and or an emergency vet kit. We thought that both were excellent ideas and they should just run with it.

Nothing new for Match Team news, but……remember, YOU MUST HAVE $100 IN CASH or SPONSOR or CREDIT IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE MATCH TEAM. THIS MONEY IS NOT PART OF ANY SPONSOR MONEY YOU GET TOWARDS THE JACKET. IF YOU WANT A JACKET AND TO RUN ON MATCH TEAM, YOU NEED $300. THIS MONEY MUST BE TURNED IN TO KRIS BEFORE SELECTION BEGINS.
