Follies Christmas Competition Terms and Conditions

“National Theatre” means The Royal National Theatre situated at Upper Ground, London, SE1 9PX.

The National Theatre is pleased to offer the opportunity to enter a prize draw for one winner to receive a pair of tickets for the National Theatre’s production of Follies, a Follies programme, a Follies play text and a Follies tote bag.

1. Participants must be over the age of 18 years and be resident in Great Britain (excluding N.I., Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) at the time of entry. Eligible participants will need access to the internet to enter the draw as all entries must be received through Twitter.

2. The competition opens at 10am on Tuesday 5 December 2017. The competition will close at 12pm on Thursday 7 December 2017.

3. To enter the competition, eligible participants will need to reply to the National Theatre’s competition tweet with the name or @handle of a person with whom they’d like to attend a National Theatre performance.

4. There will be one prize available. The prize will consist of:

·  One pair of tickets for a performance of Follies

·  One Follies programme

·  One Follies playtext

·  One Follies tote bag

5. The winner will be selected on Thursday 7 December 2017. Entries must be received by the National Theatre by 12pm on Thursday 7 December.

6. The winner will be chosen by the Marketing Department of the National Theatre. The result of this decision will be final.
7. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
8. Tickets are available on selected dates only and are subject to availability.
9. The National Theatre reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, age and residency. The identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the National Theatre.
10. Employees of the National Theatre and their associated companies and contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
11. The winner will be notified on Twitter. If a winner does not claim their prize by 12pm on Friday 8 December, that prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn.
12. By entering the draw you are agreeing to be contacted by the National Theatrefor the purposes of this competition.
13. If required, the winner agrees to participate in publicity activities in relation to the prize as reasonably requested by the National Theatre. The winner gives consent for any photographs that are taken as part of those publicity activities to be published on the National Theatre’s website and on its Twitter and Facebook pages.
14. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the National Theatre shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including but not limited to indirect and consequential loss) whatsoever (howsoever caused) suffered or sustained by any winner or participant in connection with any prize draw or prize awarded or withdrawn pursuant to these terms and conditions.
