Philosophy and Approach:

I believe forming a trusting and supportive relationship creates therapeutic change. Together we can work to discover patterns in communication and behaviors. Through the exploration of your story and integration of mind and body work we will work to set goals. Theoretically, I primarily operate from the lens of solution-focused therapy and emotionally focused therapy. Thrive Bend promotes the development of insight to integrate our internal and external experience. Too often, we elect to hide from feelings that trigger discomfort. Thrive Bend sessions will ignite your strengths and illuminate the freedom to experience contentment.
