** Important information from Mrs. Maniery to keep and know:

PLEASE NOTE: Children need to return a calendar to Mrs. Maniery with choices and days attending circled. If there is no calendar or note from home, your child will be sent home to the destination you provided to the school office.

Morning Care program fee is a flat rate of $4.00 per day, per child. We open at 6:45 am. Children have access to breakfast at 8:00am.

All families are encouraged to fill out the childcare assistance forms. I am available to help in any way. This is all confidential information.

  • Children must be signed up for Friday Adventures by Monday (or first school day of the week.)
  • PLEASE NOTE: If your child signs up for Friday and doesn’t attend, you will be charged for the day. This is due to a high number of children dropping out on Fridays at the last minute. The reason for signing up early is because we pay in advance for the activities and materials, based on the number of children signed up. We have paid for a great many fees lately where children haven’t attended. This is not feasible for us to continue and sustain our budget. We appreciate your planningaccordingly.
  • Workshops end at 5:15 daily. This is the actual closing time for children to be picked up. We will not be open past this time this year. We understand that things come up. Please call us if you are running late to avoid paying an additional fee.
  • WES Afterschool phone # is 802-446-2141 ex 26. If you can’t get through on the school number please call Mrs. Maniery’s Cell is 802-770-8122.
  • There will be an additional $3.00 fee for late pick-ups, after 5:15pm.
  • Please remember to send a note to school if you need to change your child’s schedule. You may also call school. But please do so before 2:00pm. ALSO, IF YOU ARE HAVING SOMEONE ELSE PICK YOUR CHILD UP WE MUST HAVE A NOTE OR PHONE CALL.
  • Please be advised that when someone other than parents or siblings are picking your child up we will require a photo ID. This is a state law under the ASP guidelines.
  • Please remember to sign your child out each day when you pick them up. The sign out sheet it located on the desk inside the ASP room.
  • Billing will be on a bi-weekly plan. We appreciate your attention to this and paying your bills in a timely manner.
  • Families with multiple children attending the program will receive a 10% discount on their monthly bill.
