I am interested in cooperation with any corporation with an existing operation or who would be willing to establish their formal presence in Poland to cover the entire Central and Eastern European region.
Over the last 12 years I have been involved in management of companies including sales and negotiations of multi million dollar contracts while being involved with Polish, British, Australian, German, American and French companies. I was responsible for management of foreign subsidiaries, corporate development, marketing and sales activities in Poland, South East Asia, USA, Canada and South Africa.
My corporate experience allows me to carry out my duties professionally and effectively communicating with management at various levels of any company structure.
In the 90-ties I was responsible for running and setting up corporate strategy for a 2,000 people company in Poland including restructuring of finances and development and introduction of new financial, marketing and sale strategies, introduction of CAD/CAM manufacturing technologies ( please see my written references). I was responsible for development of new, very difficult and conservative markets for their products, formulation of the marketing policies and sales strategies, arrangement of Joint Ventures, product pricing, setting up agencies and co operations etc … in countries such as Australia, South Africa, USA and Canada.
I also have a good knowledge of modern management techniques such as 6 Sigma, Balanced Score Card, TQM and Corporate Risk Management.
Due to the fact that I worked in a wide spectrum of industries i.e. manufacture, IT, heavy industry, aviation, commodities, environment protection etc … I have an extensive network of valuable contacts at a decision maker level.
I have a good command of the English language in legal, financial, contractual and technical aspects, a very good understanding of technical matters. Moreover, on many occasions I prepared and presented various papers at international conferences.
I have a very dynamic, entrepreneurial and resilient nature combined with years of experience working at executive and Board levels in various multinational organizations.

Achievements:
§ 150 % turnover increase at Baron S.A within two years
§ Development of international marketing and sales strategies, materials, methodologies and techniques for Fazos S.A. which allowed this company to compete on international market (for the first time in their history) i.e. Australia, South Africa, USA, Indonesia and Canada.
§ Establishment of overseas subsidiaries.
§ Successful formation of strategic alliances and associations in various countries
§ Implementation of IT systems and other IT related technologies which resulted in significant cost reduction and streamlining of various business processes
§ Marketing and successful sale of industrial and military software
§ Implementation of Profit and Loss control mechanism at Fazos S.A. (savings $ 1m per annum in operational costs)
§ Introduction of an Enterprise Flexibility Agreement in Fazos S.A. reducing industrial problems

§ Winning tendering rights and opening markets for Fazos S.A. Development of strategic corporate models for Fazos S.A. leading to better labour utilisation and improved management practices.
§ Improvement of efficiency of the longwall system at Clutha Ltd to the level of 98% (other competitors 24% to 47%)
§ Winning three technically complex contracts with the Queensland Government for the Central Mines Rescue Station (government organisation) including project management.
§ Carried out feasibility studies for CSR Ltd. ($ 300m development of one of the largest sugar refinery in the world). It was an international, multi disciplinary project.
