Introduction
This is the 45th year the City of Middletown has hosted an outdoor festival. In the heart of Middletown you will find great food, vendor booths, arts and crafts, children's activities and attractions, musical stages, dog show and parade all along Old Main Street from Clarland Drive to Harrison Avenue, throughout Wetherby Park and in the First Baptist Church Parking Lot. Ginormous fireworks brings everything to a booming end on Saturday night. Please join the fun Friday, September 8, 6:00 – 10:00 PM and Saturday, September 9, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM. Please find within this document supporting information recognizing the past success of a similar successful events. As noted in those letters, this event is a benefit for the Middletown Chamber of Commerce.
We have established this event to contribute to the community and simultaneously raise funds for Middletown area charitable organizations.
Over 200+ members of families, individuals, seasoned runners and walkers will join together with over with their spectators on a beautiful sunny day and make a difference by attending this run and walk! We have designed this special event for people of all ages to gather as one and run and walk together in this family friendly event! Pre-event activities will be staged at Middletown First Baptist Church. The finish line will be within 200 yards of the start area.
The monies contributed from net proceeds of the event are presented directly to the Middletown Chamber of Commerce and are recognized at the appropriate sponsor level noted in the pages that follow. Sponsors are encouraged to supplement their sponsorship contribution with media and advertising campaigns to further promote the event. The specific sponsor levels are detailed in the following pages. We invite you to read through the various categories, select the one best suited to you and then to contact us immediately for inclusion in this event!

Requirements (please note that these are not carved in stone!)
- $1,500 cash contribution or in-kind
- Approval by the event organizers
Benefits
- Your banners (maximum size: 3’ X 4’) may be displayed near start and finish areas. (Banners provided by sponsor)
- All print advertising will use your name and logo
- All event brochures and posters will feature your name and logo
- Public address announcer mentions at start, finish and awards ceremony
- All entrants will be given the beautifully designed short-sleeved shirt with your name and logo displayed on the back or sleeve of same.
- Opportunity to set up exhibit booth at finish line
- Opportunity to provide free sampling to all participants
