Authorized Agent for Company As authorized agent for the company, it is agreed that all fees invoiced will be paid in accordance to the conditions set forth by the association.

Cancellation of membership shall be sent to IPIA in writing and shall include payment of all open invoices. Until the association receives such notice, annual member fee will continue to accrue and be due and payable upon receipt of invoice.

Membership Terms and Conditions

As an Associate Member, a ‘non voting’ member your company is eligible for the following service from IPIA:

1.  Advertising in IPIA Quarterly Newsletter, "Crosstalk".

2.  Associate Member may enter papers or other technical publication in Newsletter, (Note: entries must meet IPIA publication requirements).

3.  A description of your services will be entered in the Annual IPIA member Directory. This information also helps IPIA in referring inquiries to you.

4.  Posting of your Company Name on IPIA membership Directory & IPIA Web page. If you have an email or a website available, IPIA will create a link to your site.

5.  IPIA training at the reduced current member rate. (course fees do not include charges for travel expenses)

6.  Technical Support on OCTG inquiries or problems that may arise on the job. Consulting fees may be charged if a matter cannot be resolved for you by normal support procedures.

7.  Attendance at IPIA Annual General meeting for Members.

  1. Participate as a Vendor at IPIA Annual Meeting.

9.  Invoices, Statements and Account Notices may be sent by mail. When any of these documents is sent by email or fax it is considered to an ‘original’ document.

10.  All charges are payable in U.S. currency, by Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer, Money Order or Company Check. All amounts due are NET to IPIA.

Payments by wire transfer shall include the following: Company Name and the Invoice Number for which payment is being made. We are not responsible for incorrectly posting of fees if an invoice number is not specified.

12.  Transaction Fees for wire transfer shall NOT be deducted from the Invoiced amount due IPIA.

13.  Member accounts must be up to date for entry into IPIA scheduled courses.

14.  Travel expenses associated with schools will be billed back at the rates in effect at the time the school was conducted. All food, lodging, airfare, auto rental, per diem, customs, shipping and other expenses related to the schools will be re-billed at cost.

15.  Course Fees: at established Member Rates, currently: US$850.00=5 Days, US$670.00=4 Days US$550.00=3 Days, US$475.00=2 Days, US$370.00=1 Day (rates subject to change)
(API and DS-1 manuals are not included in the course fee. Students are required to bring their own set of the required manuals or make arrangements for obtaining manuals prior to the course date)

16.  Announcements for courses are sent by email notice to the agent for the company. Additional notices may be sent to other officers or locations when a request has been made in writing to IPIA.

17.  Quarterly issues of Crosstalk are sent by mail to all U.S.A. and Canadian destinations. Due to the high cost of express mail, the complimentary issue of Crosstalk is sent by electronic pdf version or fax to all other destinations and interested parties. Crosstalk may be sent to other officers or locations when a request has been made in writing to IPIA.
