All students who are subject to the EPP must

  • Attend academic support, i.e. peer tutoring, homework center
  • Perform related community service / job related experience, if agreed upon as part of EPP
  • Attend Saturday enrichment classes as available / as recommended

ENGLISH

Students must:

  • take a grade level English course and appropriate elective recommended by advisor and aligned to documented strengths and weaknesses as determined by assessments, career / college goals, and student profile
  • maintain a C average in grade level and elective course work
  • maintain a writing / project portfolio of work completed in EPP recommended courses

MATH

Students must:

  • maintain a C average in grade level course work*
  • complete 4 years of math

OPTIONAL:

  • A locally assessed MCAS-type exam may be used as an additional component of fulfilling the EPP . This will be determined by the principal and advisor at an appropriate time during the EPP process.
  • Electives in alternative disciplines may also be selected to supplement the student’s EPP, i.e. CAD, Art, Music, depending on student profile and career/ college goals
