B. Research Portfolio- Conduct research by collecting notes into a brief portfolio that will be turned in for credit. You must find a minimum of 3 book sources and complete 3 notes sheets as part of your research portfolio.

C. PowerPoint Presentation- Create a power point presentation that is at least 10-15 slides. It will inform your classmates of the following:

1. A journalistic approach to the topic itself: Who? What? When? Why? How?

2. How your topic was connected with World War Two or the Cold War

specifically.

3. Why your topic is important to our understanding of World War Two, the Cold

War, and the era’s in which they were fought. *Remember, you are teaching your

classmates. Your presentation should be informative and cover all of the information that

is required.

D. Student Created Quiz

1. Your team will create a quiz that is 10-15 questions in length

based on your presentation.

2. This quiz should have a pleasant design in the mold of the

many exquisite quizzes you have taken in US History/Civics this

year. The quiz must seek to challenge your classmates. (I.E. No

JOKE Responses or it will cost you points!)

E. Note Taking During Student Presentations

1. Questions from each presentation will be collected and made

into a formal assessment everyone will take at the conclusion

of the presentations.
