Grand Opening of Lake Forest Hospital
Minutes from November 20, Meeting
The team discussed the holiday events and will review the success/improvements at the December meeting. The group decided to schedule an event Thursday, February 4th for Valentine’s Day. Need to decide on theme and promotion. Talked about chocolate hearts, “come out of your hole”, “I’m in love with Lake Forest” and ice sculpting. Give people a reason to come out. Work with local restaurants to create campaign.
Secondly, the team discussed the three target markets (Top Tier, Golden Years andUrban Chic) and the research provided by L3. The team was excited to work with the ArtsLink group in Lake Forest. First we need to coordinate calendars and events. Need to coordinate events for 2016 (100 year anniversary of Market Square) and 2017 (Open of new hospital). The group talked about inviting hospital representatives to join the team.
Based on positive feedback, the black and white ad campaign will continue through 2017.
