Summer
During the summer months, June to September, Seville experiences the hottest weather when the day temperature hardly falls below 30s. The high average temperature usually stands at 36°C while the minimum around 20°C. Throughout the season, Seville sees a great level of sunshine, almost 12 hours each day. Moreover, the city remains very dry since the summer months bring almost no rain for it.
Winter
Throughout winter, December till February, Seville receives mild temperature. Although January is considered as coldest month it has an average high temperature of 15°C while the minimum stands at 6°C which never reaches freezing. During this season Seville gets 8-10 days of brief yet heavy rain per month that makes the skies clear. The city receives almost six hours of sunshine throughout the season.
Autumn and spring
During autumn and spring seasons Seville sees plenty of rainfall and sunshine. The regular temperature stays at mid 20s in spring. However, it may climbs to 27°C in May. Though spring beings with a remarkably rainy period, it is concentrated to a few very heavy storms, which often reduces to temperate levels. On the other hand autumn too experiences almost the same figures of temperature. These are the best seasons to visit Seville since the nighttime remains cool enough.
