Dear Parents and Students,

PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE TOMAKE SURE YOU HAVE AT LEAST TWONUMBERS TO CHANGE. If you don’t, please let the office know as soon as possible. If you have three numbers or less, you will need to be in the quick-change room. Please ask the office for details.

REHEARSAL (at Westerville North High School). Come in and find a seat in the auditorium and wait for your number to be called. You do not need to stay for the entire Rehearsal. To know when you need to be there, take the number of your dance, multiply it by three, add that to the Rehearsal start time and that is when you need to be dressed and ready to go.

RECITAL (at Westerville North High School). Bring your child directly to the dressing room (follow the signs). There are no costumes allowed in the audience. Your child should stay for the entire show. We will have a finale at the end where your child will receive a participation award. After the finale, you can pick your child up in the dressing room. Any parent that would like to help backstage, please sign up in the office. Competition line parents are required to work at least one show. Children are welcome to bring coloring books, crayons (NOMARKERS), cards, or any other non-messy (non-valuable) things to keep them busy during the show.

If you wish to video Rehearsal or Recital that will be fine; however, a professional video of each Recital will be available to purchase.
