Developed and implemented reengineering strategies and plans to substantially reduce product cost and increase outputs by 25%. Reduced fixed cost by 30%. Improved safety record by 750% and quality by 200%.

Served as a key member of the KGF Plant Systems Standards Committee that set hardware, software and implementation standards for KGF plants. Served on the “Hay” job evaluation committee for KUSA. Led the reengineering of the engineering process for all engineering functions. Executed a 100 million-dollar per year capital program for Kraft USA.
