Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of Al Fashir logistic team, distributes activities, control quality of work supervised by Head of Logistics, Organizes and monitors inland transportation for ICRC goods.
  • Assists the Head of Logistics Units in daily tasks, implements and runs logistics procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manager maintains and repair for all vehicles and facilities, Organize car rentals requested by other departments.
  • To manager all warehouse,storerooms and workshop.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Organises the maintenance work in the office, workshop, and warehouse and keep the infrastructure in good condition.
  • Organises and supervises the existing logistical team and finds extra manpower when needed to do specific jobs.
  • Monitors, together with the mechanic, proper functioning of vehicles and generator {service, fuel supply and consumption follow up}.
  • Makes a monthly inventory of the MSF assets and updates the movement of the equipment sheet in excel,
  • He organises the daily vehicle movement and makes sure that the number of vehicles matches the needs. {enough but not too many}
  • Ensures that all MSF vehicles are proper equipped before they leave the office and follows up the inventory of the vehicles with drivers.
  • He organises the driver schedules and makes sure are replacements in case of absence or holidays.
  • Together with mechanic, he supervises the daily and weekly checks of the vehicles and ensures that vehicles and trucks are operated according to MSF standards.
  • He ensures there secure stock of fuel, sufficient to have 2 months’ supply for all vehicles based El Fashir. He ensure a 6- months turnover of this stock.
  • He follows the rental contracts of cars in all projects together with administration.
  • Management the mechanic, drivers, radio operators, logistic teams and guards {together with administration.
  • Weekly report on outstanding orders to the projects and capital {together with supply responsible}
  • Bi-weekly report on logistical activities and Monthly inventory of assets.
  • Bi-weekly report on consumption of vehicles, trucks, generators.
  • To supervisor on the general situation and problems if any.
