All classes are $10.00, or 3 classes for $25.00

For the Ride a Buck, and all stake classes, add $5.00/class

Save money! Pre-enter by Sunday June 11th. Post entries WILL be accepted on the day of the show for a $5.00 post entry fee. Once you have entered your horse/rider combination, you may add classes ($10.00 each, or 3 for $25.00) ; add $5.00 for stake classes. )Classes will start at 0900 am.

Information for riders, trainers and parents.

Please come to the show office in the upstairs lounge to pick up your number as soon as you arrive on the grounds.

Rider’s attire: All participants MUST wear an ASTM approved riding helmet and boots with heels at all times when mounted on the grounds. Pony Club members must wear a medical armband. Show jackets are optional, but riders should be appropriately dressed (i.e. long sleeved polo shirt tucked into riding breeches with a belt) Dress for the weather on the day of the show.

Weather permitting, we will warm up outdoors, otherwise we will warm up in the indoor between classes.

Please submit a separate entry form for each horse/ rider combination. If you are entering the ‘hoof and woof, the dog/rider pair must also register.

Please make sure you have discussed your plans with your trainer. >Two riders cannot share the same horse in a flat class.<

Please make cheques payable to the Glen Valley Pony Club. You MUST include the following for entry to be accepted:

  1. Signature of the parent if the rider is under 18.
  2. Signature of the owner/agent of the horse you will be riding.
  3. Canadian Pony Club (CPC) waiver if the entrant is not a member of Pony Club.
  4. Payment.

I hereby certify that the rider is eligible as entered. I make this entry at my own risk and subject to the rules of the show. I further certify that I have read the instructions in the prize list and will comply with all rules set out therein. I agree not to make any claim against the show, it’s committee, or M&M Connemaras if any damage, injury or loss occurs to any animal, rider or equipment that I send to the show. It will be assumed by the show committee that the parent/guardian/owner/agent authorizes the entrant to post-enter classes unless No is checked below.
