Overview
There are three parts in the upload system: Themenu, the work tips and the
list of upload, the whole page is shown as bellowing:
1 Login the upload system
Input the correct user name and password you can log in to upload system
1.1.1简体中文：Select Simplified Chinese the user can login into the Chinese Version of uploadsystem

4.1 Add-Upload
Title: The title of metadata
Scene:It provide a live shot of the details of each lens: the lens numbers, shooting method, the lens length, the actors movements and dialogue, sound effects, scenery, props, costumes, makeup and other aspects of the details and data in detail and accurately recorded admission charged into Single
News: It provides some words description for the metadata
Category: you can choose the category permissions to which the video sent
ViewOtherInformation: Show the details of manuscript
HighQuality: high stream material, it is generally be used
Key Frame: you can add material screenshot here
LowQuality: Add common material which match with HighQuality(Currently it only supports .Wmv format )
When the material be added successfully, it will be load into the Uploading Material automatically and it will show some properties of materials
4.2 Delete:Delete the current video which is being uploaded
4.3 Start: Start uploading material
4.4 Stop: Stop uploading material
4.5 View Log:View the details of the current uploading material
Clear:Empty the contents of the log
Copy:Copy the contents of the log
Save: Savethe contents of the log
5 The adoption of uploading video
5.1The uploading video to be adopted
If the user download the video which had uploaded successfully, it will be appear in “Uploading Material” as following：
Indicated that they had been adopted
Click “Accept” button which in the Using State, you can view the detail information, such as:People who downloaded, The group that download people located,Processing state and download time
5.2 The uploading video not to be adopted
If the user doesn’t download the video which had uploaded successfully, it will be appear in “Uploading Material” as following：
Click “Reject” button which in the Using State, you can view the detail information, such as:People who downloaded, The group that download people located,Processing state and download time
