CONDITIONS OF PLAY
1All events are open to amateur women members of any Golf Australia affiliated club with a maximum handicap limit of 36 for the 36 Hole Stroke Event and 45 for the Foursomes Event.
2The Tournament Committee reserves the right to alter or vary the programme if deemed necessary. The number of divisions and prizes within each division will be dependant on the number of entries.
3Not more than one major trophy may be won per day by one player.
4All tied events to be decided by countback as per the back 9 scores (holes 10-18) with the exception of the MOLLYMOOK WOMEN’SOPEN SALVER. A tie in this event will be decided by a sudden death play-off on the 9th Hole and if necessary, repeated until a winner is decided.
5All GOLF Link numbers and handicaps will be confirmed at the Player Registration. No handicap reductions or increases will be made during the Tournament. Players will compete for the duration of the Tournament on the handicap current on the first day of play.
6If a players handicap increases past 36 AFTER entries have closed, the player may compete but on a maximum handicap of 36.
7Golf Carts - The use of Golf Carts is permitted for all players without the need for a Medical Certificate. Players must make their own arrangements to reserve a cart as there are a limited number of carts available.
8Mobile phones may only be carried on the course if switched off or in silent mode. They may only be used in an emergency. If a phone is used outside these parameters it will be considered a breach of this condition and the player will be disqualified.

Event Notes
- Electric Golf Carts are available at the Hilltop course, please contact Pro Shop direct on (02) 4455 2055 to reserve a cart. Players wanting carts will be paired together with other players wanting to use golf carts.
- Players wishing to bring their own golf carts shall pay normalcart hire fees each day.
- All pull trolleys must have wide wheels (min 7.5cm).
- Should the tournament be oversubscribed then a ballot will be conducted to reduce the field to the maximum field size.
- Entry Fees are non refundable.
