16:00 Meeting called to order by the chair.
Motion to approve the meeting minutes from Vancouver with the document number 15-04-0053-00-0040 made by Ed Callaway and seconded by Jose Gutierrez. There are no objections to approve the minutes. The motion is approved with unanimous consent.
Motion to send TG4 into hibernation made by Ed Callaway and seconded by Robert Poor. There are no objections to approve the motion. The motion passes with unanimous consent.
Pat Kinney commented that he really appreciated the work and efforts everybody put forth.
