Visionary & Enterprising Management Services Pty Ltd (VEMS) was established on 14th March 2002 and officially commenced operations on 1st April 2002.

VEMS is primarily a management services company specialising in training, research & development initiatives, programs and projects. VEMS is not a Registered Training Organisation.
The charter of VEMS, includes the following ethos:
All businesses/individuals that require vocational education & training (VET) advice, learning and workplace planning deserve the best quality service that clearly articulates and 'translates' bureaucratic and often complicated information into simple outcomes.
VEMS offers a very 'localised' and simple approach towards business or an individual, centering its activities on building long-term relationships, whilst providing clear, specific and well-articulated facilitation methods.
The company's exposure, experience and capability provide a very broad and diversified range of services, particularly within the VET sector, with a proven and positive track record.
