Thank you for your email of 31 August 2015, in which you asked for an internal review into the way the department handled your request for information under reference: FOI/98085.

“This FOIA request concerns an email communication sent via GSi by the London Borough of Redbridge to the East London Employment Tribunal at 15:50 on the 15th April 2015. Such emails contain the statement;
"Communications via the GSi may be automatically logged, monitored and/or recorded for legal purposes."
(1) I request confirmation that the email, and attachments, was sent at 15:50 on the 15th April 2015.
(2) I request confirmation of the date and time that the email communication was received by the East London Employment Tribunal.
(3) I request copies of the GSi transmission logs for the email communication.
(4) If GSi is not managed by the MOJ then please advise the contact details for GSi”
