LEARNED NAMED DISTRICT GOVERNOR OF ROTARY DISTRICT 5400

Kevin Learned has been selected District Governor of Rotary District 5400 for 2009-10.

A member of the Rotary Club of Boise, Learned is manager of the Boise Angel Fund, a group of individuals who invest in early-stage, high growth potential businesses. He also is a part-time counselor at the Idaho Small Business Development Center.

As District Governor, Learned oversees 40 clubs with about 2,000 members in located in southern Idaho and eastern Oregon. He also chairs of the District Leadership Council. DLC members and their clubs are
