Prior to this he worked for six months as a senior support worker in a residential home for adults who have a learning disability. He has worked in the care field in a variety of roles for 20 years

Ibrahim hasthe D32 and D33 and has a degree in Social Work. He has worked as a support worker in a residential service for young people for the past 2 years and before that spent a year as an addictions worker.

David has an A1 and an SVQ Level 2. He has worked in the care field for ten years. He has recently been seconded to the training department as a peripatetic SVQ assessor for 18 months to cover maternity leave.
