REQUEST OF QUOTATIONS

For

Renovation and Refurbishing of Office

(Package No.: W-1)

The Department of Marketing, University of Rajshahi is implementing a sub-project entitled,” Self Assessment of BBA and MBA Programs” under the Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP), UGC, Bangladesh. For the Sub-project Management Office the department of Marketing is going to procure works for renovation and refurbishing of office.

1.  Detailed Specifications and quotation documents with other details for the intended works is available in the office of the undersigned for the potential Quotationers during office hours on all working days.

2.  Quotation shall be prepared and submitted using the ’Quotation Document’.

3.  No Securities such as Quotation Security (i.e. the traditionally termed Earnest Money, Tender Security) and Performance Security shall be required for submission of the Quotation and completion of works (if awarded) respectively.

4.  Quotation in a sealed envelope or by fax or through electronic mail shall be submitted to the office of the undersigned on or before 2:00 PM, June 07, 2012. The envelope containing the Quotation must be clearly marked “Renovation and Refurbishing of Office”.

5.  Quotations received later than the time specified herein shall not be accepted.

6.  Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract. Quotationer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration Number and Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.

7.  Quotations will be selected following the PPR.

8.  The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the Quotations.
