Player Rules and Expectations

1.  BE THERE. - Unexcused missed practice means less or no playing time in the

next game at the coaches discretion and you will do extra conditioning. If you do not let a coach know prior to your missing practice, it will be considered unexcused.

- Excused missed practice there is no penalty but it may result in

less playing time at coaches discretion. Excused misses include

family emergencies, illness, and injury rehabilitation. All other

misses will be decided on by the coaching staff.

2.  BE ON TIME. Late to practice means extra conditioning. Late on game nights

means less or no playing time at the coaches discretion. Away

game bus times will be posted and the bus will leave on time.

3.  BE RESPECTFUL. Treat coaches, players, trainers, and officials with respect.

4.  BE ORGANIZED. Keep the locker room and all equipment clean and neat.

5.  COMPLIANCE WITH SCHOOL ATHLETIC CODE.

4. Be Loyal to your teammates and coaches

PLAYERS EXPECTATIONS OF COACHES

1.  We will treat you with respect

2.  We will teach you to play with sound fundamentals using safe techniques

3.  We will coach hard every day in an attempt to make you the best you can be and to make this team as successful as it can be.

**SPECIAL NOTES**

1.  We will practice Sat. Oct. 24th and Sun. Oct. 25th late morning or early afternoon in preparation for our first playoff game. Remaining playoff games are played on Saturdays.

2.  Sunday Night Weightlifting and Film Review (6:30-8:30) Starts Sun. Aug. 23rd

3.  Appropriate away game dress includes a shirt with a collar and dress pants or shorts. (Jeans or Kahaki) PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY AT HOME!

4.  Fall Athletic Banquet – Monday Nov. 9th at 6:30pm.

**Our success on Friday Night depends on our preparation Sunday thru Thursday!!!**
