Dear Promo Boat Owner,

We would like to thank you for providing the INT League with a Promo Boat for the 2009 Season. Your contribution enables us to pull our events with the best tow boats in the industry. Just as important, you will be showcasing your boat for your manufacturer and the dealer. INT Events help promote and present your brand of boat directly to the retail consumer and increase brand awareness. We want to cover a few details that are involved with you providing your boat for the INT events.

·  How long do you need to be there? Your promotional agreement is with your boat dealer and manufactures. We need your boat during event hours. We may not use it all the time; however, it is a great benefit to your dealer to have the boat there on display when it is not in use. The boat needs to be there at least an hour before the event starts until the conclusion of the event, unless special arrangements have been made.

·  Boat Rotation: Our goal is to give equal exposure to all the promotional boats provided. There will be a draw for rotation of the boats that will divide the pulls of each boat as evenly as possible between the divisions. If your brand pulls a lower division at one event, you will be getting a higher division at the next event. It will come out even in the end. Competitors do not get to choose which boat they ride or ski behind.

·  Insurance: Each boat owner shall provide and maintain, at the boat owners expense the following insurance: (i) Watercraft Liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 each accident for bodily injury and property damage arising out of the use and operation of the boat. (ii) Watercraft Physical Damage insurance covering the boat, motor(s), trailer and any additional equipment (such as electronics) on an agreed value basis in the event of theft, loss or physical damage. The boat owner may elect to self-insure this exposure at the boat owner’s sole risk and expense.

All such insurance required above shall be (1) primary to and non-contributory (2) shall be written by insurance companies with ratings of “A” or better in the latest edition of the A.M. Best key rating guide; and (3) shall provide that coverage may not be canceled unless thirty (30) days prior written notice thereof is furnished to INT League.

Prior to use of any boat in connection with an INT event, the boat’s owner must provide a Certificate of Insurance to the INT State Coordinator certifying that the appropriate insurance is in place and that policy meets the insurance requirements as set forth above.

Additional Insured Certificates must include the following:

Sunshine Marketing and its subsidiaries dba INT League

PO Box 359

Black Diamond, WA 98010

Maximum Reimbursement in the Event of Theft, Loss or Damage during an INT League event: In the event of theft, loss or damage to a boat, motor(s), trailer and any related equipment during a INT League event, the boat owner may submit a request to the INT League for reimbursement of the deductible under the owner’s policy or the actual repair costs, whichever is less, subject to a maximum reimbursement of $500 provided the damage is a result of negligence on the part of the promoter. Amounts in excess of the maximum reimbursement are the responsibility of the boat’s owner. [Note: The following are not eligible for reimbursement as damages: Cleaning Costs, Normal Wear and Tear, Gradual Deterioration, Marine Life, Vermin, Insects, Marring and Denting, Osmosis, Blistering, Manufactures Defects, Mold, Ice and Freezing, etc.].

·  Ballast: Factory ballast or the equivalent will be used in INT events. Boats delivered to the event that have extra weight may not be used. Please let us know if there is any additional weight so that we can remain in compliance with the maximum capacity plate.

·  Personal Equipment: During an event, there will be a several drivers and judges in and out of your boat. We suggest that you minimize any personal items left in your boat. INT is not responsible for damage of any personal items left in the boat.

·  Towboat Speed Control: Please let us know if your timing system is timed in, if not, we will need some time before the tournament starts to test and time it in.

·  Registration: Your boat must be registered. Please provide us with a copy of your registration.

·  Times: On Saturday, please have your boat there some time prior to 7:00 am so we can get your boat checked in and launched. On Sunday, we need slalom boats there by 7:00am for check in and launching because we do start promptly at 8. If any boat is much later than this the boat rotation may be reworked. If you show up too close to start time, we may not be able to run your boat that day.

·  Fuel: Please arrive at events with your boat full of fuel. When you leave for the day, we will fill your tank back to that point.

·  Check in Reports: When you arrive at an event and before your boat goes in the water, please see the event coordinator or boat check in staff, and we will fill out a boat check in report. It covers fuel level, hours, condition of boat and running gear. When you are ready to leave, we must check your boat out or we cannot be responsible for anything that happened during the event.

·  If you cannot attend an event: LET US KNOW. We can be reached before an event. We leave on Thursday afternoons for most events, so if you need to contact us after we have left; my cell phone number is 206-920-1884.

I know this seems like a lot of simple details, but it will ensure a successful and fun season. If you have any questions about any of this, please give me a call. And again, thank you for allowing us the use of your boat for the events. We appreciate it, and so does your boat dealer.

Sincerely,

Rick Stocks
