We are looking forward to you joining us in Huntsville, AL for our Annual Winter Board of Directors’ Meeting and 39th F. L. Livingston Institute on February 19-22, 2017.In preparation for our meeting, please review the information below:
HOTEL
The Embassy Suites Hotel, 800 Monroe St SW, Huntsville, AL 35801 is the official hotel site for our Board Meeting and Institute. At this time, our block has been exhausted and expired. If, however, you would like to join us and would need a hotel room, please contact the hotel directly for availability. PARKING
Onsite parking is available at the host Hotel for all registered guest. The fee for parking is $6.78 per day/per car.
REGISTRATION
The Convention Registration Form has been mailed. However, for your convenience, I have attached a copy of the Registration Form with this memorandum. Also, you can download a copy from our website ( as well as register online.
If you are planning to join us in Huntsville, please pre-register and return the attached form and appropriate funds to Elder Ronnie Russell, 104 Trailing Blossom Lane, Goodlettsville, Tennessee37072on or before Friday, February 6, 2017. Checks are to be made payable to the National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA.
After Monday, February 6th, please bring your financial contributionsto the Winter Board of Directors’ Meeting and register onsite. For individuals who are not able to attend the Board Meeting and Institutein Huntsville, you are encouraged to assist our Convention and submit your registration monies (Church, Pastor, Individual, Association, State Convention, and/or Board Member) along with a Sacrificial Offering and mail the Registration Form and Check to Elder Ronnie Russell.
It is imperative that all national officers, board members, congress/auxiliary leaders, pastors, churches, elders, ministers, laity, and staff register accordingly with $100.00.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Embassy Suites Huntsville, the official hotel site for the Annual Board of Directors' Meeting and 39th F. L. Livingston Institute, provides complimentary ground transportation from the airport to the hotel and return, beginning at 6 a.m. (CST) until 10:00 p.m. (CST)daily. Gratuities are accepted. Individuals should call the hotel at (256) 539-7373 upon their arrival---and are in possession of their luggage.
The cost of a taxi from the airport to the hotel is approximately $25 one-way. (The airport is approximately 11 miles from the hotel.)
Deacon Willie Watkins, Chairman of Ground Transportation for the Huntsville area churches and coordinator of drivers from local churches and associations, will provide transportation from the hotel to evening services at Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Sunday, February 19, 2017, Saint Bartley Primitive Baptist Church on Monday, February 20, 2017, and Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 21, 2017. (The Evening Service on Sunday will be held at six o'clock and the Evening Services on Monday and Tuesday will begin at seven o'clock.) In addition, transportation will be provided to and from Union Hill Primitive Baptist Church for the F.L. Livingston Institute and Board meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

EVANGELICAL TRAINING ASSOCIATION (ETA)
For the first time, an Articulation/Transfer Agreement between the National Primitive Baptist Convention, USA, Evangelical Training Association (ETA), Faith International University, and Huntsville Bible College will be signed on Monday night, February 20, seven o’clock, during the worship service at St. Bartley Primitive Baptist Church, 3020 Belafonte Ave., NW, Huntsville, AL 35816.
This agreement will allow our members to transfer ETA credits toward pursuing the Associate of Arts, Bachelor of Arts, and Master Degree programs in Evangelical Studies at Faith International University and Huntsville Bible College---partnering institutions contributing to the award of an applicable degree program of study from competency-based programs and/or approved academic seminars.
Plan to attend this monumental, historic signing ceremony.
SACRIFICAL GIFTS
President Bernard C. Yates continues to request that we send (or bring) our Sacrificial Offerings over and above our regular registrations. For individuals who are unable to attend the Board Meeting and Institute, prayerfully consider making a sacrificial offering to assist in building and maintaining our National Convention.Please forward all offerings to Elder Ronnie Russell along with the enclosed Registration Form or contribute online.
