21. Hire of Parish Hall Receive letter dated 21st March 2011 received from NHS requesting permission for alcohol to be consumed on the Parish Hall premises and an extension of hire time from 11.30 p.m. until 12.00 midnight.
22. Village Green
a) Receive letter dated 23 March 2011 from Mrs Broome requesting consent to use the Village Green every Thursday from 2 June until 15 September and the Bank Holiday Monday on 2nd May 2011.
b) Receive letter dated 25 February 2011 received from the Salvation Army requesting consent to use the Village Green not date specified will use at the Parish Council’s convenience.
23. Traffic Calming in South Street Receive letter from a resident of Braunton regarding the traffic calming proposals for South Street.
24. Institute of Local Council Management Consider the Parish Clerk to attend the Summer Symposium training seminar on 6th and 7th June being held at the Gloucestershire Docks.

(a) DCC Receive road closure notice from 3 May – 5 May 2011 for The Square Braunton to enable water main enhancements.
(b) DCC Receive road closure from 25 May 2011 in North Street Braunton to enable duct to be laid in the carriageway.
(c) DCC Receive road closure notice for 24 May – 26 May 2011 in Church Street Braunton to enable duct to be laid in the carriageway.
(d) North Devon Council Receive letter application for Street Collection Permit on Wednesday 18 May 2011 between 10am – 4pm by Mrs Margaret Robinson in aid of Christian Aid.
(e) North Devon Council Receive letter application fro Street Collection Permit on Saturday 6 August 2011 between 10am – 8pm by Mrs Jill Cockram in aid of RNLI Ilfracombe Lifeboat Station Supporters Branch.
