Facility Pool Deck: Due to limited deck space and to ensure available

viewing for parents and families, Parents will not be allowed past the spectator section and each team will be assigned an area for their swimmers.

Locker Room Usage: During the meet, our facility is open for regular

usage of all areas by our JCC members, (except the pool) on this

day. We are asking coaches to ensure swimmers do NOT store anything

in the lockers in the lockers room. We do not have enough lockers to

accommodate all the swimmers and our members. The locker rooms can

be used for changing, showering, and bathroom facilities only. Please

have your swimmers take all items to the pool deck and the designated

area for your team.

Eligibility: Swimmers age for the meet will be determined as of November

15, 2011

Site: The Mandell JCC Pool is a 6-lane, 25-yard pool with seven-foot-wide lanes

and non-turbulent lane lines. Fully automatic Colorado Time Systems with

touch pads, with scoreboard display.

Schedule: A.M Session: All 8 & under’s and 11 & 12’s.

Meet start Time: 10:30am

PM Session All 9 & 10’a and 13 & overs.

Meet start Time: 2:30pm

One Way Sprints should be done during each teams Warm up Session

A.M. Warm-Up 9:00 am - 10:00 a.m. Warm-ups

Schedule:

9:00am to 9:20am – Mandell JCC 6 Lanes

9:20am to 9:40am – Bridgeport 1-4 New Haven Lanes 5 & 6

9:40am to 10:00am – Newton JCC Lanes 1 – 6

P.M Warm-Up 1:20 -2:20 p.m. Warm-ups.

1:20pm to 1:40pm – Mandell JCC 6 Lanes

1:40am to 2:00pm – Bridgeport 1-4 New Haven Lanes 5 & 6

2:00pm to 2:20am – Newton JCC Lanes 1 – 6

Meet Format: The meet will be swum as timed-finals. The session will be seeded by computer

based on positive check-in for all events by the end of the second warm up. Heat

sheets will be posted around the pool deck. Coaches will be able to pick up heat

sheets for each event at the timing Table on deck. Fly over Starts will be used for

all 11 & Over events, 10 & Under events will exit the pool before the next heat

starts.

Scratches: Scratch sheets will be provided to coaches in their packets. These must be

returned by 9:30am (morning) and 1:40pm (afternoon), with the scratched swimmers clearly identified.

Course: Short course yards (25 yards).

Entry Deadline: Entries must be received no later than November15th, 2012.

Electronic entries: Electronic entries (such as from Hy-Tek Team Manager or other team management software) that are in CL2 or SD3/SDIF format may be emailed as an attachment to the entry chairperson at . Please check that your team name, address, and contact information are listed correctly in this file.

Entry Limits: Athletes may enter and swim Max of 5 events including relays but not more then

4 individual events Teams may enter a Max of 3 relay teams per event.

Only 3 swimmers may score in individual events and 1 relays may score.

Entry Times: All entries must be specified in short-course yard (25-yard pool) times. NT WILL

NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Awards: We will not be giving Awards

Workers: We are asking for all teams to help provide one to two officials for each session if possible.

Timer assignment for Championships will be as follows

Mandell JCC 4 timers, 1 Starter, 2 officials per session

Newton JCC 4 timers per session 1 or 2 official per session

New Haven JCC 5 timers per session

Bridgeport JCC 7 timers per session
