Catering Service

​Events range fromlunch drop- off to full- service catering. Our staff are experience food service workers that provide a vary of dependable service. We offer on site preparation depending on the event and can include: cooking and delivering food to an outside location; cooking, delivering and serving food; and full-service (preparing food, providing service staff, decoration of event

location, prep and clean-up)

Personal Chef Services

We focus on preparing dinner parties and other special events, which means we are responsible for shopping, preparing the meal, serving the guests and cleaning up afterward. The menu is preplanned and discussed with the client, then prepared in their home. According to health-department guidelines, all food must either be prepared in the home of the client or in a kitchen that has passed an official health inspection

Private Party and BBQ Services

CATERING AGREEMENT

Sons of Shephanie’s Cateringand restaurant 487 ½ Washington Street Norwood, Massachusetts 02062 agrees to provide quality food and service for scheduled function listed in this agreement. Client is responsible for all decoration, paper products, dinner ware and utensils unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with additional pricing.

  • DEPOSIT

Client is required to pay a deposit of {$250.00} to secure the dateupon signing this Agreement. This deposit is added to the overall cost of event and is non refundable if client cancels. Once Client selects menu and overall expenses are determined there will be an addition deposit required of 50% due toward overall bill. In the account the client cancels there will be a 50% forfeit fee. If client cancels within three weeks event all MONIES are forfeited.

  • COUNT

The client is responsible to supply S.O.S with anticipated number of guess attending the function including photographer, Disc jockey ect All attendees will be factored in on the overall bill. Client will be billed for additional guess not included in the original count. S.O.S requires the client to provide them with the final count (3) three weeks prior to the event.

  • GUEST

Client agrees to break down the guest list into adults and children, and include any food allergies or special dietary requests, if applicable.

  • PAYMENTS

Client will pay S.O.S a total of {______} for contracted agreement. This is the price for selected menu options and/or services. Client may request additional services, which will accrue an additional charge these services will add to the total cost agreed upon by this contract, and must be agreed to in writing, either as an addendum to this Agreement, or in a separate document.

The balance on the total cost for the Event is due {three weeks} prior to event any property rented with deposit, Deposit will be returned 14 day upon receipt and inspection of items.

  • MENU

Client will provide his/her menu; choose from Caterer’s available options, etc..Unless agreed upon by both parties Menu must be confirmed by client Eight weeks, prior to function or Client will be subjected to item increase fees

Menu will be fixed, and no changes may be made, {72 hours before Event, 24 hours before, etc.}. S.O.S Caterer reserves the right to substitute the menu in the case items requested are not available without written notice to client. And/ or a significant price increase has accrued.

  • BEVERAGES

Sons of Shephanie’s is not licensed to serve alcohol

  • CANCELLATION

In the case the Client cancels there will be 50% forfeit fee this Agreement {as outlined in deposit section) any Cancellation occurring within hree weeks event all MONIES are forfeited. As described in deposit section
