STUDENTS’ EXAMINATION TIMETABLE
NOTE:
1. Students will be seated in alphabetical order for each subject.
2. All mobile phones must be handed to the supervisors at the beginning of the
Exam. Failure to do so will result in loss of all marks.
3. The THREE CARD SYSTEM will operate for each examination; i.e.
Yellow – Warning card to behave yourself
Orange – Move to isolation desk
Red – Removed from exam – letter sent home
4. Students will need to bring their own equipment (Calculators, pencils, pens, etc.) for each exam – borrowing is not permitted.
5. Students will not be allowed to leave examinations early.
6. Students are not permitted to use any reference materials (e.g. textbooks, dictionaries) in examinations.
7. Full school uniform must be worn whilst attending exams.
It is the responsibility of students who miss an examination to see the Head Teacher for that exam as soon as they return to school.

TEACHERS’ SUPERVISION ROSTER
Note: Location: Hall
1. One of the supervisory teachers should collect the exams from the front office and start the examination. Please be on time to ensure exams start on time.
2. Students should be seated in alphabetical order for each subject. An alphabetised list accompanies all sets of exam papers
3. All student mobile phone must be handed to the supervisor at the beginning of the exam. Failure to do so will result in loss of all marks.
4. Teachers must be aware of the Examination Policy, particularly relating to the use of the THREE CARD SYSTEM. Cards are in the exam room.
5. Warnings, isolations and exclusions should be recorded on the Record Sheet at the front of the hall.
6. Students will need to bring their own equipment (pens, pencils, calculators etc. for each examination – borrowing will not be permitted.
7. Completed exams should be returned to the relevant faculties
8. Students are NOT to leave exams early
