2.1 Layout (12 pt, bold)

• Use DIN A4 Format (297 x 212 mm).

• Margins: left 30 mm; top, bottom, and right 25 mm each.

• 2 columns, column distance 7 mm.

• Both columns on first and second page must be finished exact at the bottom of the page.

• The text should be written on one side of the page only.

• The paper has to be written in MS WORD (doc or docx) format.

• Use Times New Roman fonts, line spacing single. The font formats are: paper title: 12 pt bold, capital letters; author's name(s): 12 pt bold; key words: 12 pt, italic; chapter titles: 12 pt bold, capital letters; subtitles: 12 pt bold, numbered, left justified, upper and lower case; text: 12 pt

• The paper is restricted to six (6) A4 pages. Use the whole space!

Avoid leaving a heading at the bottom of a column, with the subsequent text starting at the top of the next page/column. Use extra spacing (between earlier figures or sections) to push the headings up to the top of the same column as its text.

Paragraphs should be justified, using single spacing.

• Use common technical terms.

• Spelling: Follow Merriam Webster´s Collegiate Dictionary, Longman or Oxford Dictionaries.

• All articles will be peer-reviewed also in terms of correct English.

12. ABOUT YOUR JOURNEY

The city of Tallinn has the airport (www.tallinn-airport.ee/) situated almost next to city Centre. You can get more information about Tallinn and its events from Estonian http://www.visitestonia.com and Tallinn tourist information (http://www.tourism.tallinn.ee/). This year the conference will be held in Tallink City Hotel (http://www.tallinkhotels.com/en/tallink-city-hotel ). During the conference is organised a visit to Tallinn University of Technology (www.ttu.ee) at Mustamäe, Ehitajate tee 5, located about 6 km from the Centre (Kesklinn). The official money is Euro. VISA and MasterCard card is very common and accepted everywhere.

The weather at the middle of April is expected to be between zero and 25 °C. Besides sunshine you should be ready for slight rain. It might become cold at night, so take warm clothes with. However, this time of spring is one of the most beautiful times in Estonia. It is recommended to book hotels during the March already. There is online-registration possible in every hotel in Tallinn.
