5.  Right click the icon for options and to disconnect the VPN.

Supported Devices:

You can also download AnyConnect for iPhone and iPad devices from the Apple store.

Error Messages and Fixes:

A.  Failed to install AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.0 because the process is running in protected mode and cannot perform an install. The secure gateway must be added to the Trusted Sites Zone in Internet Explorer. A VPN connection cannot be established.

Fix:

Go to Internet Options in IE, go to the Security tab, click Trusted Sites, click the Sites button, then add the URL of *.brgeneral.org to the list.

B.  The service provider in your current location is restricting access to the Internet. You need to log on with the service provider before you can establish a VPN session. You can try this by visiting any website with your browser.

Fix:

Open Internet Explorer and accept the Internet access terms and agreement, then try to establish a VPN session.
