Lions' Pride PTO Award for Outstanding Achievement

The Lions' Pride PTO Award recognizes several seniors that have demonstrated outstanding achievement during their years at Lawrence High School. Each student will receive $500 in cash to be used for future education, and will be featured on a page in the yearbook.Dependents of PTO officers are ineligible for awards.

Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrated record of challenging oneself academically
  • Involvement and demonstrated leadership roles in LHS extra-curricular and/or community-based activities
  • Ability to clearly describe future plans and career aspirations

Requirements:

  1. Attach a copy of your transcript.
  2. Fill in the table of extra-curricular activities attached to this application.
  3. Respond to the two attached questions on a separate piece of paper. All responses must be typewritten or in legible handwriting.
  4. Get signatures of two adults who can verify your application.
  5. Turn in the application to Student Services by the deadline: February 20, 2017.
