That actually makes a lot of sense. As of Monday we do not have any accounts with UPS. We only use FedEx for these services. Didn’t even pick up on that. What can we do to make sure no one can select UPS? Is this something that Jeff Baldwin can take care of?

It looks like something is not working on the Volvo side. Because the PartsLinq freight code is a mapping in QuipWare, we do a check against the PartsLinq system before each transmission to make sure it is valid. The returned freight codes from PartsLinq did not include one for UPS 2nd day. The warning shows the list of freight codes that was returned by PartsLinq. Attached is the log entry when I attempted the order submission. It contains the timestamp and the PartsLinq XML message containing their freight codes. I looked at it and it does not contain any UPS freight codes.

We have this order sitting in the system unprocessed for now. The order confirmation and the order header both say to ship 2nd Day but the PO shows this as a Will Call. Please see screenshots from the Sales Order side immediately below and the Purchase Order side in the email below. Also attached is the order confirmation in the email.
