Practice Plans: Options include: Ask John Santiago to run a practice for new coaches, and/or to write practice plan for each level, getting Farm/Minors coaches hooked up with higher level coaches to help with plans, parent, coaches and players clinic together, also include progression planning of skills into practice plan throughout season - question: How do you get there? James, Kevin Larson, Joe Turco to work on this.NOTE: Need more TBall books/practice plans.Evaluations: need to get consistency between coaches doing evaluations.
