FACILITY: / 25 yard, 8 lane pool. Daktronic Timing System with scoreboard. 25 yard events will be electronically timed. Spectator seating for 300+ people. Locker rooms and a concession stand will be available
AGE GROUPS: / 12 year old, 11 year old, 10 year old, 9 year old, 8 year old, 7 year old and 6 & under. Open events for all ages. Relays offered but points will not be scored. Swimmers may not age up. Age as of January 24, 2016.
ENTRY DEADLINE: / All entries must be received by Wednesday, January 20, 2016
ENTRIES LIMITATIONS: / Swimmers may enter up for 4 individual events plus two relays. Entries must be submitted using Hy-tek. Any team who does not submit their entries in this form should add a $2.00 per swimmer processing fee.
All swimmers must be members of a YMCA. This is a “B” meet. Entry times must be slower than the cut-off times listed. Age groups are to be taken literally. Swimmers may not age up due to an “A” time, but may instead enter Open events.
ENTRY FEES: / $4.00 per individual event and $10.00 per relay. Make checks payable to “Wooster Swim Team Boosters”. Add $2.00 surcharge per swimmer which will include access to heat sheet.
DECK ENTRIES: / Deck entries will be accepted on a space available basis the morning of the meet until 9:30 am. Deck entrants not previouslyregistered must show proof of YMCA membership. Deck entryfees are $8.00 for individual events and $20.00 per relay.
SCHEDULE: / One session. Warm-ups: Girls - 9:00 am.; Boys - 9:30 am.
Meet begins at 10:00 am.
CONDUCT: / Coaches will be responsible for the conduct of his/her swimmers. Swimmers are to enter the natatorium through the locker rooms. Only swimmers and meet personnel will be permitted on the deck. Please be responsible for clean-up of your area.
AWARDS: / Medals 1st to 6th place. Ribbons 7th to 10th place. Thoseachieving "A" times will not place or score but will receive "A" ribbons.
ADMISSIONS: / Adults: $3.00 Children: Free Parking is free.
T-shirts: / T-shirts should be pre-ordered. Order form is attached. E-mail order form to or mail it to1781 Canterbury Lane, Wooster, Ohio 44691 by Friday, January,15, 2006. You may bring your payment to the meet where you can pick up your shirt. There will be a limited amount of shirts for purchase at the meet.
