The Rochester Chapter of the Society for Technical Communication brings its 59th annual conference, Spectrum, to the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) March 25−27. This premier regional conference will attract technical writers, editors, managers, illustrators, content strategists, instructional and usability designers, researchers, students, and career transitioners.

Keynote speaker, author Judith L. Glick-Smith, Ph.D., will share insights from her 10-year research on flow-based decision making and leadership in the fire service. Attendees will also discover new ideas, techniques, and tools from techcomm pros and leaders in the field to help them get in the flow (or “the zone”) more often andachieve better outcomes. As a special sponsorship benefit,the first six companies to confirm support of Spectrum will have the opportunity to address the entire Spectrum audience for 5 minutes during lunch, when all attendees and speakers are together.
You will have 5 minutes to answer questions, such as:
