For and on behalf of the President of India “Open Tender” in sealed cover in prescribed tender form are invited from experienced bonafide contractors for “Hiring of 1 (One) No. Commercial light Motor vehicleNon-AC (1st) TATA SUMO/BOLERO or similar with fuel and Driver for official use of Dy. COM/FOIS Organisation of COM’s Office/N.F. Railway/MLG for a period of 2 (Two) years i.e. 624 daysincluding all expenses”.

Rs.7,62,528/-inclusive of GST and all taxes. / Rs.15,260/- / Rs.2000/- / 02 (two) years i.e 624 days. / 18/10/2017 up to 13-00 hrs. / 18/10/2017 at 15-30 hrs.
The following minimum eligibility will be applicable :-
1)The Tender forms may be obtained from the office of the Chief Office Superintendent in the office of Chief Operations Manager, N.F.Railway, Maligaon, Guwahati-11 on payment of Rs.2000/-(Two thousand) only and will be sold upto 12-00 hrs. of 18-10-2017. Cost of Tender document will be Rs.2500/- (Two thousand five hundred) only for delivery by registered post. The Tender document can also be downloaded from the website :and under the circumstances the cost of the tender document should also be accompanied along with the Tender in the form of a separate Demand Draft/Pay order for an amount (non-refundable) of Rs.2000/-in addition to the Earnest Money, payable to the FA&CAO/N.F.Railway/Maligaon. Non-receipt of the requisite cost of tender document will render the Tender to be summarily rejected. Railways shall not hold any responsibility for loss/postal delay or any other inconvenience in transit.
2)Duly filled up Tender document can be sent in a sealed cover by registered post/speed post with addressed to Chief Operations Manager,N.F.Railway,Maligaon/Hd.Qrs.,Guwahati-781011. Tender can also be submitted/dropped in the Tender box kept in the office of the Chief Operations Manager/N.F.Railway,Maligaon. The last date of dropping Tenders is 13.00 hrs. of 18/10/2017 and Tenderer must be present on 18/10/2017 at 15.30 hrs. so that he can witness in presence of the Accounts representative and the Tenderers/their representatives the opening of the Tenders. In case the date of Tender opening falls on holiday or bundh then the Tender cover will be opened in the next working day at the same timings and place as mentioned above.
3)The Earnest Money deposit and the cost of Tender document, if downloaded from the website shall have to be in the form of demand draft/pay order deposited on any Nationalized Bank in favour of FA&CAO/N.F.Railway, Maligaon.
4)If the Tenderer(s) desires to deposit the earnest money in cash, the same should be deposited with the Dy.Chief Accounts Officer (Cash & Pay)/ N.F.Railway/Maligaon and tenderer should enclose the money receipt with the Tender .
5)The vehicle should be registered for commercial use and quote registration No. of vehicles and year of manufacturing along with his offer.
6)The vehicle should not be more than 1(one) year old, from the date of publish of tender notice.
7)All testimonials i.e. Registration card, Insurance of the vehicle, driving licence of the Driver PAN No. and commercial registration certificate should be enclosed with the Tender Form.

5)OC/RPF/N.F.Railway/HQ, he is requested to depute RPF personal on closing dayon18.10.2017 at 15-30 hrs for his supervision of opening the tender in COM’s office as per programme.
6)Ch. OS(T)/COM’s office for ensure that tender notice is displayed on Notice Board.
