Purpose of Position
You will be responsible for generating new business commercial leads for the external sales force through targeted outbound telephone activity to bulk and cylinder sales opportunities.
You will work as part of a team of telesales on carefully timed data campaigns in a wide range of market sectors to produce both quantity and quality of leads on a daily basis.
Key Accountabilities
Working within the outbound call centre, providing first class contact to prospective customers.
·  To make a high volume of outbound telephone calls to suspected and established commercial LPG and oil users.
·  To participate in specific campaigns targeting key market sectors at planned times throughout the year.
·  To use a professional telephone manner, to build rapport and practise strong questioning skills.
·  To gather quality information regarding the detail of the prospect’s energy use and record accurately.
·  To promote the benefits of switching an existing LPG supply to Flogas or converting an oil system to LPG and overcome objections where possible.
·  To fully qualify leads, follow correct procedure using Codas and Qlikview and record results accurately.
·  To perform to set targets and minimum standards of performance that measure activity and quantity and quality of results.
·  To assist with inbound customer service during busy times e.g winter period
