The Officers of the USS Salamonie wish each and everyone a safe and healthy 2007.
The roster list for the year 2006 took a hard hit with the transfer of crewmen to the Honor Roll. Please take a moment to remember them in your prayers.

Lilly Nutter - Care Packages
To date Lilly has sent out 255 care packages to the troops in harms way in the name of the USS Salamonie.
The postage is from donations of all hands and now the fund is getting low again. In order to keep this wonderful cause going, we are again asking for any donation that can be spared for the cause.

The exact dates have not been set yet, for the Salamonie Days, Fourth Of July 2007 celebration in Warren, Indiana.
Once again we will meet at the Comfort Inn, Warren, IN. Details will be in the next News Letter.
