REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Confirmation

In order to participate at this event, you need to fill in the registration form, which represents a contract for participation at the event. After your registration form is received by “Public Services OOD”, you will receive a confirmation for successful registration at the phone or email provided by you.

Conditions for registration and participation
The number of participants in this event is limited. Registrations made by phone will be confirmed only after a filled-in registration form is received by “Public Services OOD”. The participants will be granted access to the event only after the payment fee is transferred to the indicated bank account. / Cancellation of participation
If you have registered for this event but you are unable to attend it, you should inform us at the email address no later than 5 work days before the event. Otherwise, your participation will be considered confirmed and you should pay the participation fee. If you have paid the participation fee but you are unable to attend, you should inform us at least five work days prior the event at the email address and we will transfer the sum back to you, without the transfer fees. Any cancellations less than 5 work days before the event will not be accepted, but it is possible to switch participants from the same company/institution. /

Disclaimer

The organizers of this event, “Public Services OOD”, will do all their best in order to implement the program as presented in the preliminary materials. However, “Public Services OOD” may change some of the speakers, as well as the venue, if there are obstacles to implement the preliminary program. The organizers will inform all registered participants at their email addresses about such changes in the program and/or the venue.
However, “Public Services OOD” could not be held responsible for any intangible losses caused by sauch changes.
